The Talent Acquisition Director an integral member of the Talent team is responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle within their designated business portfolio. This individual independently initiates searches develops proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies ensures exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers and contributes to various Talent Acquisition projects. This specific vacancy focuses on recruitment for Sales and other complex positions across various departments.
Partner with Talent Leadership Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to determine recruiting needs and facilitate recruiting strategies for all openings as a Talent subject matter expert
Successfully manage the full lifecycle of a search from sourcing in-depth candidate screening setting up interviews to negotiation/close and extending offers
Oversee the recruitment process for aligned business groups and roles
Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
Define design and implement recruiting strategies for a variety of positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape internal calibration and referrals and identifying creative sourcing strategies
Develop a strong understanding of market-based compensation trends for each role and each market
Proactively conduct research and investigate innovative sourcing tools and approaches to develop robust talent pipelines for frequent fills and for proactive recruitment needs
Independently using consultative skills advise hiring managers on the profiles of candidates the approach required to engage the candidate and the partnership needed to land the candidate for the position
Achieve TA performance metrics (KPIs)
Own and independently lead various talent acquisition-related projects
Share best practices and lead initiatives to improve processes across talent acquisition
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 8 years of complex recruitment experience in high-volume ambiguous and fast-paced environment with tight deliverables; specialized in healthcare sales recruitment preferred
4 years of recruitment for Field Sales roles
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking system) to manage candidates and other technologies for mining candidates
Excellent consultative skills influencing skills negotiation skills and critical thinking required for success
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and creating staffing strategies and plans for niche positions
Familiarity with recruiting trends laws and transformations
Excellent communication interpersonal collaboration problem solving presentation project management and networking skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
The salary range for this role is $125000-$140000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical dental vision life and pet insurance 401K paid time off and other wellness programs).This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
