We are seeking one system engineering program manager to drive the HW system builds onsite and lead the XFN efforts. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background best-in-class communication skills and a well-rounded technical understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with various cross-functional teams at the FATP site (PD EE HWTE DFx Operations Logistics Quality etc) to support and drive the day-to-day onsite activities to enable successful HW builds.
Own and leverage JDM to drive CTB (cleared to build)
Drive the daily opening and closing meetings.
Drive the FA/MIL meetings to ensure engineering related issues are addressed and brought to closure in a timely manner.
Make necessary adjustments when plan of record changes and align team to it.
Product daily build report capturing issues found during the build and related FA/CA (failure analysis / corrective actions) report.
Work with CM/JDM to optimize their reporting and process.
Drive escalations and actions to address build blockers related to design/process issues during NPI.
Bring up new CM/JDM during NPI drive overall readiness and capability to meet customers standards to support NPI provide guidance and clarification to CM/JDM in regarding to customers criteria.
Stay on top of unit allocation activities.
Requirements
BS in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
4 years of hands-on experience managing NPI builds as a System/Engineering Program Manager in Consumer Electronics(AR VR Smart phone) at factory.
3 years Experience working with CM/JDM/ODM partners or component level suppliers JDM preferred
Experience with consumer electronics design and manufacturing processes (injection molding stamping die cutting CNC etc) Mechanical product design background is a strong plus.
Experience with consumer electronics products system integration is a plus mobile platforms and audio and video technologies preferred.
