We are looking for an Office coordinator who will work in tandem with the Office Manager to assist in the day to day success of a busy office. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated well-rounded individual who works well in a team setting and will represent the face and values of the company. This role will be a hybrid of a operations coordinator event planner and administration support. This person should able to deal with ambiguity and will need to be comfortable using their instincts experiences and team knowledge to identify assess and solve problems quickly and frequently.
Responsibilities
Will include but is not limited to:
- Assist Office manager to make sure all office areas within China region functionally well.
- Back up Office manager while absence under instructions.
- Helping manage internal company documents and equipments.
- Assist to manage any internal and external company events.
- Help manage projects aimed to improve overall office environment.
- Provide employees with administrative support as needed.
- Assist with any off-site team support needed.
- Manage office needs including shipping receiving and ordering stock supplies.
- Assist demo experience for our business guests when needed.
- Help the site and the team growing.
- Work closely with different departments as security facilities IT and vendors.
- Data process and analysis.
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by office manager.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in project management; office coordinating event planner etc.
- Data analysis experience is preferred.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills teamwork mentality and exceptional work ethic.
- Good communications.
- Genuine care and concern for meeting others needs and delivering successful experiences.
- Certain level of written and spoken English.
- Driving license preferred.
- Can accept domestic travels.
