Job Description

Job brief

We are currently seeking a Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customer business while re-engaging lost accounts. The role focuses on building a portfolio of $3M$5M in annual sales. Key activities include customer relationship management sales strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration. A competitive base salary and commission structure is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Drive $3M$5M in new business sales annually across assigned territories and industry segments
  • Maintain a diverse sales pipeline with a minimum of $20M in potential growth opportunities
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships at the local/regional level
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand brand visibility and develop leads
  • Match customer needs to organizational solutions through consultative selling
  • Travel frequently within the region to support prospecting closing and account management activities

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in a regional or national sales role
  • Preferred background in logistics industrial packaging transportation or pallet/container-related industries
  • Strong track record in B2B sales client management and business development
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
