Join an award-winning hospital in Houston TX as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. This is a full-time night shift role requiring experienced professionals ready to contribute in a fast-paced maternal health environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Delivering safe high-quality nursing care in labor & delivery
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in treatment planning and discharge coordination
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate medical records
- Mentoring and supporting less experienced nursing staff
- Committing to continual learning and growth within the profession
What You Need to Bring:
- Active unrestricted RN license in Texas or multistate compact license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience with at least 1.5 years in Labor & Delivery
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts only
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Must have accurate up-to-date resume detailing units and job history
Preferred But Not Required:
- Extended womens health services RN experience
- Honesty about preferred units shifts and locations is appreciated and expected
