About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project director to lead the execution of a complex high-rise hospital building project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing hospitals and tower projects from start to completion ensuring quality safety and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of a hospital and high-rise construction project.
- Manage subcontractors consultants and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes health regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets timelines and quality assurance plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders government agencies and utility providers.
- Lead site supervision and monitor day-to-day progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience with:
- At least 2 completed hospital construction projects
- At least 2 high-rise building projects (20 floors)
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination HSE standards and local construction practices.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.
- Experience with contractors is must
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
