What Youll Do as a Landscaping Account Manager:

• Manage a commercial and HOA accounts portfolio including contracts enhancements and renewals.
• Serve as clients primary point of contact responding to concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property walks and audits to confirm quality identify opportunities and communicate service schedules or seasonal updates.
• Propose estimate & sell landscape enhancements and upgrades that add value to client properties.
• Collaborate with production teams to deliver projects on time on budget and to company standards.
• Monitor hours budgets and job progress to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Support field crews by coordinating resources reinforcing safety and providing necessary training.
• Manage contract renewals by demonstrating value recommending scope adjustments and maintaining strong client retention.
• Work full-time Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) with travel up to one hour from the office.

Our Ideal Landscaping Account Manager:

• Experienced: 3 years in landscape account management project management or a customer-facing role in the green industry; strong horticulture and plant knowledge with an understanding of seasonal needs; degree in Horticulture Turfgrass or related field preferred but not required.
