Technical Sourcer (Comission-based)

We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU the USA and Scandinavia regions.

We are looking for a driven individual autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization.

This is a commission-based only position offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
• Craft and send recruiting emails;
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
• Develop talent pipelines;
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
• Promote our employer brand online and offline;
• Maintain candidate databases;
• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process;
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT market technology stacks and roles (Frontend Backend DevOps SAP D365 Data Science etc.).
• Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring
• Strong organizational multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Experience from a recruitment agency would be beneficial
• High attention to details
• Ability to be flexible critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• B2 English
• Available to work at least 4 hours per day
