Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cook who can prepare fresh Southern-style seafood dishes with consistency and quality. If you love seafood and enjoy working in a lively kitchen wed love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to order (fried grilled and specialty seafood dishes).
Maintain food quality portion control and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen safety cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory and assist with food prep.
Work closely with kitchen staff and management for smooth service.
Qualifications:
Prior cooking experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
Knowledge of seafood preparation is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
Dependable punctual and team-oriented.
