About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey and were looking for a Academy Assistant to be part of our vibrant founder-led company. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of TGB Academy by bridging the gap between the academy and warehouse teams. Based primarily in the warehouse this role will take full ownership of academy stock: managing inventory packing kits transferring stock from TGB and ensuring all students receive the correct equipment on time.

As we expand internationally the role will lead on global fulfilment overseeing international shipping and stock control with efficiency and precision.

Alongside warehouse duties you will also provide essential administrative and operational support to the Academy Executive; communicate with students and educators; coordinate schedules; support the execution of training events; and flag or resolve any stock-related issues.

This is a responsible solution-focused role that requires strong organisation initiative and the ability to manage workflows across multiple teams. About you:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong background in warehouse fulfilment operations or logistics environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting demonstrating both independence and effective collaboration across teams.

Key qualities and skills include:

• Confidence using spreadsheets stock systems or inventory management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with departments and customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
• A solution-focused mindset able to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks while keeping wider teams informed.
