Job Description
Location: Reston VA (Onsite No Remote)
Rate: $65/hr on C2C
Experience Required: 8 Years
Client: Confidential (Domain: Financial Services)
Visa: Open (No OPT/CPT)
- Round 1: Video Interview (Technical)
- Round 2: Face-to-Face
- Manage the ERP program lifecycle including timeline resources RAID (Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision) items and governance.
- Define and maintain the ERP Program Roadmap strategic plan and governance framework.
- Oversee and coach multiple ERP project teams ensuring alignment to program objectives.
- Develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for ERP Product Owner teams.
- Lead executive-level presentations stakeholder communications and change management plans.
- Facilitate ERP stakeholder meetings and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement drive problem-solving sessions and identify solutions for business pain points.
- Own and maintain ERP content across SharePoint and Confluence for visibility and documentation.
- Support team development cohesion and collaboration across ERP initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (executive-level).
- Strategic thinker able to connect the dots and see the big picture.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable organized and able to context switch in fast-paced environments.
- Customer-focused with a product-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to foster trust build relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Some technical background with experience supporting ERP programs.
- Track record of execution follow-through and innovative solutions.
