Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Product Manager/Program Manager to oversee enterprise ERP initiatives and ensure successful execution across strategy governance and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset strong program management skills and experience managing ERP programs in complex enterprise environments. This role requires a strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders drive team cohesiveness and align ERP programs with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the ERP program lifecycle including timeline resources RAID (Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision) items and governance.

Define and maintain the ERP Program Roadmap strategic plan and governance framework.

Oversee and coach multiple ERP project teams ensuring alignment to program objectives.

Develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for ERP Product Owner teams.

Lead executive-level presentations stakeholder communications and change management plans.

Facilitate ERP stakeholder meetings and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Support stakeholder engagement drive problem-solving sessions and identify solutions for business pain points.

Own and maintain ERP content across SharePoint and Confluence for visibility and documentation.

Support team development cohesion and collaboration across ERP initiatives.
