Job Summary
1. Position
Role:- Reinsurance Business Solution Analyst
Mode of Work:- Hybrid- Warren NJ (Need resources from East cost*)

Required:
1. Consultant should have at least 3 years of experience in Core Commercial & Specialty Reinsurance (not life reinsurance)
2. Profile aligned to insurance and reinsurance domain would be a huge plus (multi domain profiles I.e. mix of insurance/banking/shipping domains etc. with some past reinsurance experience not preferred since candidates mention they have forgotten reinsurance as it was few years ago)
3. We need a core reinsurance Business Analyst (profiles with reinsurance program manager/reinsurance operations roles would not fit)
4. Need to have core experience on reinsurance policy and claim process
Donts:
1. No project manager or program manager kind of profiles with Reinsurance background.
2. No Life insurance profiles.
3. Operations side profiles wont work
4. Previous exp with re-insurance profiles with current/past few years exp in non-insurance domains wont work.
JD:-
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience.
A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance with solid Reinsurance Underwriting or Reinsurance Claims Business Accumen.
Demonstrated experience in gathering documenting and prioritizing requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.
