Primary Function of Position
In this role you will enhance the companys technical talent acquisition efforts by developing and executing effective recruitment strategies across multiple business functions. You will collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and influence decisions impacting future strategies. This position involves managing relationships with key stakeholders creating targeted talent acquisition strategies for specific roles and engaging in creative sourcing and candidate development.
Essential Job Duties
Provides strategic TA consultation to hiring managers and other stakeholders aligning solutions with business goals and organizational needs.
Set expectations and consult with hiring managers regarding the staffing process and responsibilities with moderate complexity.
Understand job requirements and build candidate pipelines preparing for proactive sourcing.
Conduct phone screens to assess candidates fit for both the position and the company culture.
Present a diverse and qualified slate of candidates to hiring managers ensuring a focus on inclusiveness and varied talent pools.
Maintain consistent and high-quality communication with candidates prioritizing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Effectively handles 10%-20% above the standard requisition load during peak hiring periods.
Engage in pre-close discussions with candidates to provide comprehensive insights into the companys Total Rewards program.
Utilize available recruitment tools and resources proficiently while continuously developing skills in new technologies and methodologies.
Actively engage with internal client groups by providing tailored talent acquisition services addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions while sourcing diverse talent to meet organizational needs.
Independently resolve moderate to more complex issues.
Coach hiring managers to improve their talent acquisition capabilities
Develop talent mapping in key technical areas
Qualifications
5 plus years of technical talent acquisition experience
Advanced understanding of the end-to-end talent acquisition process including the integration of its components to deliver comprehensive TA services.
Proficient in utilizing the latest talent acquisition technologies and analytics tools to enhance decision-making and optimize process efficiency.
Expertise in leveraging talent acquisition sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and other industry-standard tools for effective candidate sourcing.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written essential for effective interactions with candidates hiring managers and stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team driving results and fostering a collaborative environment.
Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to optimize their use for improved recruitment outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic high-energy fast-paced environment demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
