Job Summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital is searching for a locum 24 hour on call Pediatric Hospitalist for October 2025 and ongoing!

Open dates of coverage (24hr call coverage)
October 2 4 5
Patient caseload: 90% newborn 5% pediatric 5% adolescents. There may be medical students observing round with newborn patients.

Avg Daily Census: Newborns 3-4

Avg Daily Census: Peds 0-1 every 2 months

** NOTE: Provider must live or be able to stay within 30 minutes of hospital.

Emergency Temp privileged are possible for providers with a clean background and active OH license & DEA.

Travel Reimbursement Information:
Lodging: $150/night
All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates

Requirement description :
Board certified preferred but will consider board eligible candidates within five years of residency
Ohio State License - REQUIRED
Ohio DEA - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
NRP - REQUIRED
Newborn experience - REQUIRED
X-ray Interpretation - REQUIRED
Circumcision - REQUIRED
UVC/UAC - Highly preferred
