Job Description:

Lead and oversee large-scale power generation projects (gigawatt scale) including simple and combined cycle plants.
Manage multidisciplinary teams including project managers engineers and construction managers.
Serve as a key communicator with executives internal teams and external vendors inspiring and motivating teams through challenging phases.
Oversee full Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) lifecycle including schedule budget and critical path management.
Collaborate with internal teams (35-50 members) and external vendors (30-40) to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Navigate ambiguity and adapt to changes in project scope design or execution.
