Join one of our premier consulting clients as a CX Consulting Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Youll partner with senior stakeholders to design customer-centric strategies modernize platforms and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What Youll Do

Lead CX transformation programs (strategy implementation ROI).

Drive digital self-service conversational AI automation CCaaS modernization.

Advise senior stakeholders on CX strategy and build strong business cases.

Oversee multi-workstream transformation with governance & KPIs.

Partner with operations digital analytics and technology teams.
What Were Looking For

5 8 years in CX consulting transformation or customer strategy roles.

Hands-on with CX levers: self-service conversational AI automation CCaaS.

Strong program/change management and executive advisory skills.

Ability to tie CX metrics (containment NPS/CSAT) to business outcomes.

Familiarity with platforms like Genesys NICE Five9 Amazon Connect Talkdesk.
