Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM Data Migration Specialist (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 15 years

Location : New York City New York

Responsibilities:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with focus on data migration.
Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data structures.
Hands-on expertise in data migration tools (SSIS KingswaySoft Scribe Talend or similar).
Strong SQL skills and experience with data cleansing transformation and validation.
Experience with CRM integrations APIs and data automation scripts.
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM entities relationships and security roles.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce are a plus.
Lead technical aspects of migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Analyze existing Salesforce CRM processes customizations and data models.
Design configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
Perform data migration transformation and validation from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM.
Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP Marketing Automation etc.).
Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture migration strategies and process flows.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after migration.
Optimize CRM performance and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
