Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Field Engineer with expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) commissioning RAN integration and remote connectivity configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with major telecom operators and vendors ensuring high-quality on-site installations system integration troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform DAS commissioning testing and optimization to meet carrier and project standards.
Execute RAN integration for LTE/5G networks ensuring seamless connectivity with operator networks.
Configure and maintain remote connectivity for DAS monitoring and management.
Conduct system testing troubleshooting and root cause analysis during deployments.
Collaborate with RF engineers OEM vendors and carrier teams to achieve successful integration.
Document site activities test results and prepare commissioning reports.
Ensure compliance with safety technical and quality standards at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on experience in DAS commissioning and integration.
Strong knowledge of RAN technologies (LTE/5G) and related integration processes.
Proficiency with OEM tools and telecom test equipment (e.g. Anritsu TEMS PCTEL).
Understanding of RF principles VSWR PIM and KPI validation.
Ability to work independently in the field and remotely with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
