Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Lexington KY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments disabilities and pain. Day-to-day tasks include developing personalized treatment plans providing therapeutic exercises and utilizing equipment to aid in patient recovery. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients on injury prevention health maintenance and improve their overall physical fitness.

Qualifications

Skills in Medicine and Physical Therapy
Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
Home Care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related field
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
