Job Summary

A sales executive is a professional responsible for driving a companys revenue by selling its products or services. They are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients playing a critical role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling networking and social media.

  • Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting solutions negotiating contracts and closing deals.

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activities forecasting performance and preparing reports with sales and financial data for management.
