Schedule: Full-time 1st Shift - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (onsite throughout training period with possibility for hybrid schedule post-training)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Procurement Specialist to work on-site with our client in the Central Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for leading sourcing strategy development and managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) end-to-end process for assigned Indirect Procurement categories that support critical business operations across multiple groups and global locations. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities-
Support and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and mitigate risks in assigned Indirect Procurement categories.

Proactively manage supplier relationships by setting expectations monitoring compliance with agreements and driving continuous improvement.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business groups to gather requirements and collaborate on procurement strategies.

Partner with Contracts and Legal teams to prepare review and negotiate contracts ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Manage the full Procure-to-Pay process including requisitions sourcing purchase orders receiving invoicing and payments.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships with strategic suppliers ensuring performance risk management and value creation.

Track and analyze procurement performance metrics driving improvements and ensuring category targets are met.

Prepare and communicate category strategies sourcing plans progress updates KPIs and market insights to stakeholders.

Lead and support procurement-related projects.

5 years of sourcing and procurement experience including:
-
Sourcing strategy execution
-
Global vendor agreement creation and negotiation
-
Vendor management and procurement execution
-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.

Procurement experience in Indirect categories.

Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management or a related field (required).

Masters degree and/or professional certifications in business purchasing or supply chain (preferred).
