JOB TITLE: Inspector CCA Solder - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: Oldsmar FL
PAY RATE: $19-28/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: 4/10 2nd Shift Mon Thurs 3:30 PM 2:00 AM (OT available on weekends)

Summary:

Perform visual inspection of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Use drawings checklists work instructions and measuring devices (e.g. dial indicators micrometers scales) to verify assemblies meet manufacturing and industry standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of inspection experience on solder connections (surface mount & plated thru-hole components) and PWB coating to IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 standards.
Prior IPC-610 and J-STD experience (must be detailed on resume).
Detail-oriented; able to interpret drawings diagrams parts lists IPC manuals and revision-controlled documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team player.
Proficient with personal computers.
Professional diplomatic when addressing quality defects with manufacturing teams.
Must pass a medical exam.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
