Job Description
Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)
Location: Hybrid Los Angeles CA (onsite 1-2 days per week)
Type: Contract to hire
Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to support Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM Analytics for a growing internal systems team. Youll manage configurations reporting process improvements and cross-functional support across departments including sales finance marketing and HR.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce and CRM Analytics
- Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements
- Build reports/dashboards and provide end-user training
- Support platform updates integrations and special projects
- Document processes specs and training materials
Requirements:
- 2 3 years in a similar role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Experience with Salesforce Flows automation and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
This is a hybrid role (onsite 1-2 days per week).
