Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams and managing the development and delivery of projects using python PL/SQL and Java. The role involves overseeing the technical architecture design implementation and maintenance of software solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of software solutions using python pl/sql and java.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements scope and timelines.
3. Design and implement scalable and high-performance software applications.
4. Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.

Skill Requirements
