Job Description

Job Title: Tech Lead (Wireless Network SME)
Location: Chicago IL/Detroit MI/Austin TX/Indianapolis IN/Wichita KS/Pensacola FL
Onsite
Responsibilities:
  • Augment Wireless Team: Collaborate with the existing team to enhance wireless network capabilities.
  • Aruba and Cisco Expertise: Utilize extensive experience with Aruba (primary focus) and Cisco technologies.
  • Hardware Refreshes: Conduct hardware refreshes to ensure up-to-date and efficient network infrastructure.
  • OS Upgrades: Perform operating system upgrades to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Operational Support: Provide ongoing operational support to address network issues and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Project Support: Assist in various projects related to wireless network enhancements and expansions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations changes and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure network operations comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for network improvements and implement solutions.
Requirement:
  • Must have Wireless migration and implementation experience on Cisco Meraki and Aruba.
  • Certification in Cisco OR Aruba wireless technologies
  • 10 years of experience in implementation and configuration.
