Job Summary
Job Title: IT Capacity Management/ITSM
Jo Location: Charlotte NC (Need Onsite day 1 hybrid 3 days from office).

Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient IT Capacity Management/ITSM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with multiple applications onboarding and have a specific set of deliverables around Performance and Capacity Includes Risk and Regulatory Management Information Security Generalist Skills Information Security Management.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be required to review technical application documentation in an effort to identify potential capacity impacts alongside Markets Production Support owners.
- Candidate will work with Production Support owners to collectively assist in providing forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
- Once performance testing is underway the candidate will review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g. AppDynamics DynaTrace Splunk SAR/vmstat application logs and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
Requirements:
- Minimum experienced greater than 3-5 years of IT Capacity Management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mathematical/statistical and quantitative analytics.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices COBIT framework.
- The candidate will be expected to foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.
- Infrastructure architecture.

- Operating System Performance Measurement Tools (SAR/PerfMon).
- True Sight Capacity Optimizer.
