Director of Operations

Serve as the local chief executive agent. Lead the local provider(s) in a better way to care for the community in which it serves and contributes to the overall success of the company. Ensure the execution of operations are completed daily. Manage operations services personnel performance and office management ongoing.

The Position: Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to join their growing team. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

$110000-$115000 Base Salary
13% Quarterly Bonuses on Salary

Requirements:

Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
Valid Drivers License
Preventative and healthy Education
Experience of working in Home Health or Hospice
Knowledge of Regulations Budgets and Audits

Responsibilities:

Full Time Monday Friday (8am-5pm)
Compile and analyze statistical data from performance markers for each branch to evaluate productivity cost analysis and quality care
Monitor financial operational and clinical outcomes
Ensure billing corrections and denials are completed reviewed and responded to timely.
Assist Branch leadership with initiation and contractual relationships
Internal chart audits
State and Federal site visits
