SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant supports White Glove Property Managements operations by handling administrative tasks with accuracy timeliness and professionalism. The role involves email and calendar management document preparation file organization and coordination with property management teams. This position is critical in ensuring the smooth and organized functioning of daily business operations and maintaining our high standards of service.
