Part-Time Adult Art Teacher Chester
Location: Chester CH1 (exact venue on application)
Hours: Mondays Afternoon & Evening Sessions
Start Date: October
Rate: 130 per day (two sessions)
Were looking for a passionate creative and engaging Part-Time Adult Art Teacher to take over our Chester classes inspiring and supporting adult learners in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Whether your students are picking up a paintbrush for the first time or developing their skills further youll help them explore techniques build confidence and enjoy the process of making art.
About the Role
Deliver two engaging art classes each Monday:
- Afternoon: 1:30pm 4:30pm
- Evening: 7:00pm 10:00pm
- Teach a range of artistic mediums and techniques
- Foster a positive inclusive and inspiring classroom atmosphere
- Work independently while contributing to our wider art programme
- Encourage enrolments from new and returning students
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience (adult education or similar)
- Strong knowledge of materials methods and techniques
- Warm and confident classroom presence with excellent communication
- Experience in lesson planning and delivering engaging sessions
- Ability to give constructive motivating feedback
- Reliable organised and committed to community learning
