Role Summary
Join our dynamic Payroll Accounting & Reimbursement Team at Zalaris Denmark as aReimbursement Specialistand play a key role in ensuring our customers employees are accurately and promptly reimbursed and paid. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional collaborative environment handling all aspects of payroll accounting and reimbursement while leveraging SAP systems and contributing to the financial accuracy and compliance of our services.
Your Responsibilities
- Process employee reimbursement requests in SAP system ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify supporting documents such as receipts and approvals according to company policy.
- Collaborate with payroll HR and finance teams to ensure correct posting and reimbursement.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls company policies and local labor regulations.
- Track reimbursement transactions resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates to employees.
- Assist in month-end reporting and reconciliation related to reimbursements in SAP Payroll.
- Suggest process improvements to streamline SAP Payroll reimbursement workflows.
Experience and education
- At least 3 years of reimbursement or Danish payroll accounting experience.
- Fluency in Danish at a professional level is mandatory.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll or similar payroll/accounting systems is an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
