Your tasks

• Lead or support internal stakeholders in leading the certification processes of ISOand other certifications for the newly formed TRATON Group R&D organization globally

• Be the interface towards the certification body: plan supervise follow up and report on Management System ISO-certification audits

• Support auditees and certification body during audits

• Demonstrate TRATON Group R&Ds management system to certification bodies authorities and other stakeholders in collaboration with internal stakeholders as applicable

• Support Top Management with Management reviews of the Management System

• Design and maintain the QMS description for TRATON Group R&D based on our internal way of working and the TRATON R&D Way

• Align and collaborate with management system experts in the TRATON brands

Your qualifications

• Extensive experience in either quality management internal audit and/or other management systems (such as environmental compliance)

• High level of general knowledge of ISO management system standards

• High interest in working with a values-based management system and being able to see past the details towards the bigger picture

• Self-driven with strong project management skills

• Strong collaboration skills and great ability to work in a cross-cultural context

• Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus

• Flexible working hours with trust-based working hours
• Up to 80% working remotely as well as 20 days/year working from abroad in the EU
• 30 leave days 6-8 additional free days due to conversion option
