Senior Commercial Manager
Location: Caerphilly South Wales
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent Office based (40 hours per week)
Salary: 70000 per annum 4500 car allowance and benefits package

As the Senior Commercial Manager you will report directly into Mears Group Manging Director with a matrix into the branch Operations Director. This role will be to lead the commercial management of the United Welsh / Celtic Horizons asset management contract ensuring financial performance value for money and effective client engagement. Oversee budgeting cost control procurement and reporting while supporting strategic delivery of contract requirements acting a key contributor to business innovation and long-term sustainability.
