We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Representative to lead the promotion development and expansion of Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapy across the Czech Republic. This role focuses on maintaining and growing existing business opportunities fostering strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and supporting the continued advancement of the therapy in the market.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Manage and develop DBS therapy opportunities across the entire Czech Republic.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clinical centres ensuring consistent therapy growth.
  • Collaborate closely with KOLs to support education adoption and advocacy for DBS therapy.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to clinical teams ensuring safe and effective use of DBS systems.
  • Identify and execute strategies to expand the therapys reach and impact.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field to support healthcare professionals patients and partners.
  • Continuously develop personal knowledge technical skills and professional relationships.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Masters degree or bachelors degree related to the position.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Spoken and written proficiency in Czech and English (minimum B1 level).
  • Proven sales experience ideally in medical devices or related healthcare fields.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Czech Republic.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a track record of achieving team and individual goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of complex software and IT solutions and the ability to tailor these to business requirements.
