岗位职责/ Responsibilities
研究量化模型量化相关策略及资产管理等
Conduct research on quantitative models quantitative strategies and asset management;
利用机器学习深度学习等数据挖掘方法对历史数据进行研究分析开发投资模型及策略
Apply data mining techniques such as machine learning and deep learning to analyze historical data and develop investment models and strategies;
基于另类数据源和海量数据挖掘模型开发新策略
Develop new strategies using alternative data sources and large-scale data mining models;
设计实施及部署交易算法
Design implement and deploy trading algorithms.
任职要求 / Qualifications
具备自我驱动力与科研创新能力热爱量化行业乐于接受挑战渴望将想法投入真实市场验证
Self-motivated with strong research and innovation capabilities passionate about the quantitative field eager to take on challenges and driven to test ideas in real-market environments;
熟悉金融市场与数据熟练掌握 Python 进行金融数据分析具备 C/C 使用经验者更佳
Familiar with financial markets and data proficient in Python with experience in C/C being a strong plus;
基于对市场的真实理解与实战能力有实盘交易经验包括个人账户或策略交易者将是一个加分项
Practical trading experience (including personal accounts or strategy-based trading) is a plus.
