What Youll Be Doing:
Operate Heavy Equipment Safely and efficiently run loaders and other machinery to load and unload customer trucks.
Handle Materials with Precision Move materials like rocks and debris while ensuring accurate placement.
Prioritize Safety Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clear communication with coworkers.
Monitor & Report Immediately report any injuries accidents or equipment issues to supervisors.
Support Site Operations Assist with site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Improve Efficiency Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.
Perform Equipment Checks Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs to keep equipment in top condition.
What Were Looking For:
Experience Matters Proven experience operating loaders and heavy equipment in an industrial setting.
Safety First Mindset Strong attention to safety regulations and best practices.
Decision-Making Skills Ability to work independently and make quick smart decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player Strong communication skills to coordinate with coworkers and supervisors.
Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
