This is an exciting transformative position that is at the intersection of quality analytics and technology. We are seeking a candidate with a clinical background (or depth of experience in healthcare) who is strategic innovative and data savvy. The Clinical Informatics Program Director will support all lines of business at Johns Hopkins Health Plans in building out a strategy
and executing that strategy for quality performance analytics clinical data acquisition/informatics and supporting clinical outcomes in population health management.
What youll do:
Clinical Informatics: serve as the subject matter expert on digital quality measurement interoperability and clinical data acquisition. Lead initiatives in partnership with IT to source clinical data from various entities and rationalize the overall portfolio of clinical data integration modalities ensuring a comprehensive and cost-effective strategy is developed and executed.
Serve as primary liaison to regional HIEs and business owner of vended clinical data integration solutions. Foster productive partnerships with providers around supplemental data feeds. The clinical data acquisition will support the HEDIS/Stars program Risk adjustment and population health strategies.
Quality Analytics: ensure a strong partnership with data/analytics teams to maximize our approach to quality performance analytics bringing together multiple types of data to create insights that support quality improvement and population health strategies and interventions. Oversee the development of dashboards and analytics self-service tools working with
either direct personnel supporting data/analytics teams and/or vendors as appropriate to accomplish these goals; ensuring that we have a thoughtful and high-value approach to clinical analytics.

Salary Range: Minimum48.29/hour - Maximum77.27/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
