Qualifications

Masters Degree in Finance
Ten plus years of experience with providing services within a COCOM
Active TS/SCI
Knowledge and work experience with authorizations and appropriations processes military operations management and military staff process for USNORTHCOM and J38 requirements.
Provided briefings at a level equivalent to meetings with General Officers Office of Secretary of Defense office(s) and COCOMs.
