Are you passionate about low-code technologies and AI-assisted development Were looking for a Power Platform Senior Developer to join our Global Controlling Transformation Team in Wrocław this pivotal role youll work with design and implementation of innovative digital solutions that empower EY member firms to streamline finance operations boost efficiency and accelerate growth.

As a Senior Developer youll work hands-on with the full Power Platform suite - including Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BI Power Pages and Microsoft Copilot Studio - to build impactful business applications. Youll collaborate closely with Product Incubation Team and report directly to the Product Engineering Lead contributing to high-visibility projects that shape the future of finance transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Power Platform Solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse AI Hub Power Pages Copilot Studio and Power BI.
• Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Prototypes that showcase the potential of new Power Platform features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Product Incubation Team to refine requirements and conduct unit testing for POCs.
• Translate requirements into viable Power Platform solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document development processes using best practices.

Were looking for a skilled and forward-thinking developer who meets the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Copilot technologies: Experience withMicrosoft Copilot Studioand other AI-assisted development tools is essential to enhance solution delivery and productivity.
• Educational background: aBachelors degreein Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Power Platform expertise: Hands-on experience withPower Apps Power Automate Dataverse and familiarity withAI Hub Power Pages Copilot Studio andPower BI.
• Microsoft 365 fluency: Comfortable working withTeams SharePoint Outlook andOneDrive.
• Strong business acumen: Ability to engage with stakeholders and bridge the gap between technology and business needs uncovering the value of tech-enabled solutions.

Ideally youll also have

While not required the following qualifications will give you an edge:

• Microsoft Certifications relevant to Power Platform development.
• A solid understanding of integration technologies including APIs and communication protocols.
• Basic finance knowledge to better align technical solutions with business processes.
• Experience and/or familiarity with SAP enhancing your ability to work within enterprise finance environments.
• Working knowledge of web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) programming languages (C# Python VBA) and relational databases (SQL Server).
