Job Summary
- Perform a variety of activities involving the coding of medical records by ascribing accurate diagnosis and CPT codes as per ICD-10 and CPT-4 systems of coding
- Knowledge of other specialties like ED EM found be an additional advantage.
- Perform Coding for records pertaining to surgeries performed with a minimum of 95% accuracy and as per turnaround time requirements
- Should be proficient in all the specialties of Surgery starting from 10000 to 60000 series Cardiac procedures can be exempted
- Should meet the Productivity standard for the Client assigned
