About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IS Onsite Engineer to support our local sales office (under 100 employees). This role is responsible for delivering onsite IT services managing hardware assets and supporting infrastructure and security-related projects. You will serve as the key local contact for IS operations and act as a liaison between global IS teams and local business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle services (PCs tablets monitors phones printers meeting room equipment)
- Handle ordering and purchasing of standard IT equipment
- Oversee local IT processes services infrastructure equipment and relevant contracts (e.g. phone subscriptions)
- Provide VIP and IS Partner support at the local level
- Support standard IS applications and services ensuring availability and reliability
- Act as the local extension of global IS teams facilitating communication and execution
- Deliver IS training and knowledge transfer sessions to business colleagues
- Promote and drive IT security culture within the local organization
Qualifications
- Technical degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- 13 years of relevant work experience in IT support or infrastructure
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
