About the role Collaboration and integration
Service Integration and Management includes collaboration across vendors Trygs IT-department and Trygs different business areas.
The Service Integration Manager will take an active role in Trygs SIAM organization to ensure efficient cross vendor collaboration and improved support of business requirements and delivery models. The focus is to deliver optimized service quality to the business who supports Trygs customers including alignment of the perception of these.
Core tasks as a Service Integration Manager is:
The Service Integration Manager in SIAM manages a multi-vendor setup by integrating the vendors services to a seamless end-to-end service that supports the business requirements. Focusing on proactive initiatives that will help to secure operational stability. The purpose of the role is to ensure the different vendors focus on cross deliveries by engaging in a close collaboration where proactivity and business performance are at the center.
About you Strategic and curious
As a Service Integration Manager you will work closely together with many different roles in and outside Tryg hence communication and stakeholder management is key to being successful in the role. Supporting the current and future customer requirements and cross delivery models by working closely with business are some of the areas you strive in and aim to succeed.

About us Service Integration and Management
In Service Integration and Management (SIAM) we specifically work on orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of services to support Tryg Business. The aim is to provide a single point of visibility and control for the cross-service management and delivery of services provided by different vendors.
The team currently consists of a group of Service Integrators and monitoring capabilities. Internally we prioritize regular sparring and succeeding as a group.
