The Opportunity
As an Assistant Manager - Information Security youll strengthen our cybersecurity posture and risk management framework. Your expertise in information security controls risk assessment and regulatory compliance will protect our critical payment systems while driving positive change in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and report internal controls testing for information security domains
Support risk identification assessment and remediation strategies for security controls
Administer access and data security of critical/production systems
Conduct RCSA and Internal Control Reviews; escalate residual risks to senior management
Maintain documentation of risk registers testing procedures and findings
Monitor control effectiveness and report on remediation activities
Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI requirements and industry standards (PCI DSS NIST)
Collaborate with Operational Risk and Compliance teams Participate in development of internal control testing methodologies
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors/Masters in Information Security Computer Science or Cyber Security
2-4 years experience in information security controls and cyber risk management
Understanding of security frameworks (NIST ISO 27001 COBIT) and regulations (PCI-DSS RBI)
Knowledge of VAPT and Cyber Security controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with stakeholder presentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; GRC tools familiarity preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Preferred: Banking/financial services technology experience Additional compliance frameworks knowledge.
