Your mission

Σύμβαση αορίστου διάρκειας για το τμήμα τουCustomerService μέλος της τοπικής ομάδας τωνOperations(Supply &DemandPlanningLogisticsCustomerService).
Τακτική επικοινωνία με πωλητές πελάτες και κέντρο διανομής (3PL) διαχείριση των παραγγελιών πώλησης και εισαγωγή τους στο τοπικό σύστημαERP.
Διαχείριση τυχόν προβλημάτων στη διανομή επίλυση και εποπτεία για την διασφάλιση του υψηλού επιπέδουServiceLevel.
Καταχώρησηδεδομένωνκαισυντήρησητων master data (point of sales info product info).
Καταχώρηση των εμπορικών πολιτικών στο σύστημα (εκπτώσεις προωθητικές ενέργειες) εξασφάλιση της εφαρμογής τωνpromotionalcampaigns.
Εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών τωνGlobalOperationsγια την επίτευξη των στόχων καιKPIsτου ομίλου συντηρώντας διάφοραreports(OrdersvolumeServiceLevelStockreportsClaimrate)

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Οικονομικών σχολών Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Logistics
Καλό χειρισμό Η/Υ και εργαλείων MSOffice (OutlookExcelPowerpoint).
Πολύ καλό επίπεδο Αγγλικών. Η γνώση Γαλλικών αποτελεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα
