Role overview
As a Senior AP Coordinator you will be working with great team of professionals and support our accounts payable financial operations with your advanced knowledge and skills. The primary mission of the team is ensuring that our suppliers and stakeholders from 14 countries in Western Europe will have a smooth collaboration with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.
What youll be doing
- ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services controls and policies to manage relationship with suppliers and local stakeholders
- resolving issues troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner
- responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
- support coordination of the work of BPO provider for AP Helpdesk
- support your team leader in further developing the team
- work on process improvements and when required participate on projects and initiatives
What were looking for
Were looking for a colleague who:
- has a minimum of 4 years of documented experience in Accounts Payable preferably in a shared services environment
- brings solid hands-on experience with Polish accounting and tax regulations (VAT CIT local compliance) this is a must-have to succeed in this role
- possesses thorough understanding of Polish legal fiscal and accounting requirements related to financial processes
- has knowledge of SAP
- is communicative in English (written and spoken)
- understands end-to-end financial processes
- shows organizational skills commitment to work and accuracy
- enjoys working in a multi-cultural and challenging team environment
- is a cooperative colleague who collaborates with motivation aiming for solutions which are win-win-win for the company colleagues and themselves
- is detail-oriented focuses on the progress of the business and the people and is ready to go the extra mile to deliver and track results
- quickly moves ideas to action completes plans and projects with quality and speed and executes the companys agenda
- navigates proficiently in MS Office especially Excel
