Develop and lead strategic brand and marketing plans aligned with corporate goals and business strategy
Define brand & marketing objectives KPIs and strategies for various products services and regions
Translate value propositions customer journeys and messaging frameworks into actionable marketing programs and take full responsibility for their operational implementation
Own omni-channel Customer Experience across the e2e customer journey
Ensure consistent intuitive and value-adding experiences across web mobile and app
Collaborate with Sales Product Customer Service/ Customer Care and IT to ensure seamless integration and customer-centric design
Build lead and mentor a high-performing brand and marketing team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and excellence
Provide guidance support and development opportunities to strengthen ownership foster a feedback culture and promote a growth mindset within the team
Oversee brand positioning and messaging strategies to ensure governance consistency and CI/CD integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
Lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns across markets incl. creative content media messaging and playbooks to drive customer acquisition and retention and to increase brand and service awareness in core markets
Digital Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
Drive digital lead generation through SEO SEA paid media and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) email.
Align with Sales Excellence to ensure lead handover tracking and conversion.
Optimize campaign architecture and funnel performance
Marketing Analytics:
funnel metrics and campaign performance to drive ROI improvement and deliver regular insight-driven reports on marketing effectiveness to executive leadership team
These skills distinguish you:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree / MBA is a plus)
Proficiency in using branding marketing & communication models tools and platforms
Proven experience (10 years) in marketing & brand management with a strong track record of progressively responsible leadership roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset
Strong leadership and team management skills > act as a role model and lead by example
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Fluent in German & English Language. Additional European languages a plus.
Exceptional communication and people skills > ability to convince stakeholders across all levels and functions
