Job Summary

In this leadership role youll guide a dedicated team of property managers and staff ensure properties meet high standards of financial and operational performance and foster a welcoming environment where residents can thrive. Youll collaborate across departments strengthen community relationships and champion excellent customer service every day.

What Were Looking For
The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Excellent interviewing and communicating skills
- Experience assisting disadvantaged people
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams with diverse roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis
- Ability to prepare contracts and monitor budgets
- Excellent analytical and negotiating skills
- College Degree preferred
- Minimum of four years experience in managing multi-family housing including at least two years in a supervisory capacity
- Detailed compliance knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC HUD RD 515 and HOME
- Ability to travel
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) exempt position. Pay range is $80000 - $95000 annually.
Work Location
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region including those south of Saco ME and into New Hampshire.
