The Role
This person will work with business coordinating with Global and Regional FP&A to establish a platform support and implement the regional finance transformation project.
What you will do:
- Deeper understanding of regional Financial Planning and Analysis team daily works
- Deeper understanding of work connections between FP&A team and all other functions (controlling business supporting functions) within the organization
- Analyse current FP&A job scopes and identify the future improvement areas.
- Establish finance transformation plans and support the plan implementation within the organization
- Uses ML (coding or non coding) solution to improve automatization for forecast commission calculation and other routing FP&A jobs when applicable.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor degree or MBA in Finance or Accounting
- SAP experience preferred but not mandatory
- Power BI experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
- Logical and analytical with business acumen
- Ability to think creatively highly-driven and self-motivated
