We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for our employees across US regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international payroll processing particularly in these regions and demonstrate proficiency in Dayforce and NetSuite. Experience in global payroll environments and working as part of a cross-border HR team is essential. This role will be based in our Center of Excellence location in Karachi Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process monthly and bi-weekly payroll for employees in the US ensuring full compliance with local payroll regulations.
Manage payroll systems using Dayforce and NetSuite ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information for employees across US regions.
Accurately enter and validate payroll data including new hires terminations changes in pay rates bonuses and other compensation adjustments.
Generate and provide payroll reports to relevant stakeholders ensuring payroll data is precise and addressing discrepancies as needed.
Stay informed about changes in US regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any associated risks.
Collaborate with the global HR and finance teams to ensure payroll integration aligns with organizational standards and regional requirements.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees ensuring timely and accurate support especially regarding compensation tax issues and benefits.
Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for each region ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll processing experience particularly within US regions with a strong understanding of local payroll requirements and compliance.
Proficient in Dayforce and NetSuite. Strong proficiency in G Suite (Google Sheets Docs etc.) is essential.
Experience working with international payroll processes and regulations particularly in the USA.
Demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail in payroll processing and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with employees across multiple countries and regions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential payroll data with discretion.
Ability to work independently and manage payroll for multiple countries in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
