Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating leads meeting potential clients and converting prospects into successful interior projects. The role demands strong communication skills market awareness and a keen eye for client requirements in the interior design sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs.

  • Present company services and project concepts to clients.

  • Follow up on inquiries and negotiate project terms and closures.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients architects and contractors.

  • Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferably in interior design furniture or related industries.

  • Strong communication negotiation and client-handling skills.

  • Good understanding of interior design trends and client expectations.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

  • Confident target-driven and approachable personality.

  • Willingness to visit client sites and attend meetings as required.
