Core Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for Quality Systems of Injectable formulation Production activities.
Role Accountabilities
- The candidate should have minimum 05 to 08 years of experience in any sterile Injectable pharmaceutical organization.
- The candidate should have hands on experience to operate vial filling machine vial sealing machine and operation of filling isolator with VPHP generator.
- He should expertise in aseptic filling and sealing operation.
- He should be handle machine setup operation dismantling and cleaning of manufacturing equipments like vial/PFS filling machine Terminal sterilizer manufacturing vessel and filtration vessel isolator with VPHP generator Steam sterilizer responsible to perform COP PHT SOP of manufacturing and filtration vessel.
- Operation of lyophilize like CIP SIP and VLT will be the added advantage. Should be responsible for operation of instruments like leak testing machine filter integrity tester.
- Should be responsible to perform routine qualification of equipments like vial/PFS filling machine steam sterilizer terminal sterilizer and lyophilizer. Should be responsible for visual inspection and labelling machine.
